Job summary

Arnold Group in Sydney's south is seeking an experienced RTW / Injury Management Coordinator to support injured workers and drive positive return-to-work outcomes. Hybrid work arrangement with travel to multiple sites is available.

The role involves managing workers' compensation claims, coordinating RTW plans, and collaborating with insurers, medical professionals and stakeholders to implement suitable duties and workplace adjustments.

Qualifications

• Experience in injury management and return to work coordination.
• Sound knowledge of NSW workers' compensation legislation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• RTW Coordinator certification.

Responsibilities
