Rehab Management is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant based in Frankston, VIC, to help injured workers achieve safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes. The role is permanent full-time with a hybrid work arrangement—WFH and in-person site visits.

Qualifications

• Hold a tertiary qualification in OT, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy or RN.
• Hold registration with AHPRA or ESSA Registration.
• Have full Australian working rights and an Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Bring a customer-focused, quality-oriented approach to complex injuries.
• Experience level: Graduate, early-career or experienced.

Responsibilities

• Support injured workers throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey.
• Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to coordinate recovery.
• Conduct assessments and prepare clinical recommendations and reports.
• Visit workplaces and develop graduated return-to-work plans.
• Liaise with doctors and treating health professionals about suitable timeframes.
• Educate employers on injury prevention, workplace wellbeing and sustainable outcomes.
