Telstra in Australia is seeking a Retail Customer Service & Sales Consultant to join Telstra Retail. You will help customers find the right products, activate services and troubleshoot basic issues, delivering exceptional experiences in-store.

You’ll stay up-to-date with gadgets and services, work with the team to hit sales targets and KPIs, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive store culture while supporting customers through their technology journey.
