Responsibilities
- Drive sales, gross profit and store performance to meet targets.
- Lead, coach and develop team to deliver exceptional service.
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain loyalty.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
- Ensure WHS compliance and operational standards.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and stock/merchandising; act as Store Manager when needed.
