4WD Supacentre, Fyshwick, ACT, is seeking an Area Manager to lead multiple stores, coach Store Managers, and drive sales growth. You will build a high-performing team and culture that delivers outstanding commercial outcomes.

Lead your region to deliver year-on-year sales growth and commercial results.
Coach Store Managers into confident, high-performing leaders.
Build a culture of accountability and winning.
Turn business insights into actions that improve sales & customer experience.
Lead regular store visits with hands-on coaching to improve results.
Champion the 12V category and ensure teams have product knowledge and selling capability.
Recruit, develop and retain exceptional talent with clear career pathways.
Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, IT and People & Culture to deliver priorities.
