Retailworld Resourcing is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for an expanding Australian outdoor retailer. You will support the Store Manager on the shop floor, mentor the team and drive customer service excellence.

In a vibrant, down-to-earth environment, you will help control daily store operations, stock and merchandising, while working to achieve sales targets and store KPIs. A hands-on, proactive approach and strong communication are essential to thrive here.

Formación

• Previous retail experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Experience leading or supporting a team is ideal but not essential.
• Positive, hands-on approach and willingness to get involved.
• Strong communication and ability to motivate others.
• Commercial awareness and interest in achieving sales targets.
• Adaptable, proactive and keen to learn.
• Outdoor, apparel or specialist retail experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager in leading, motivating and developing the team.
• Help drive sales, conversion and store KPIs.
• Lead by example on the shop floor and deliver excellent customer service.
• Support daily store operations, stock management and merchandising.
• Maintain high visual and operational standards.
