Qualifications

• A formal qualification in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• Minimum Diploma level or equivalent required.
• 1 year of relevant managerial experience in retail/hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Determine product mix, stock levels and service standards for the store.
• Implement purchasing and local marketing within franchise parameters.
• Promote store products and services to grow local customer reach.
• Serve food/beverages and manage counter sales and menu advice.
• Maintain daily stock records, inventory counts and financials.
• Oversee store budgets and cost-control measures.
• Recruit, train, roster, and supervise store personnel.
• Ensure WHS and food-safety compliance at all times.
