Job summary

Subway Store Manager in Australia is responsible for day-to-day operations, reporting to the Area Manager to keep the store running smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a team to uphold our high standards and deliver a great guest experience every time.

You will oversee stock, deliveries, rostering, health and safety, and training, while developing plans to drive sales and improve the customer experience across shifts and stores.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in Retail or Hospitality.
• Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to change.
• Great communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team environment.
• Organisational skills & the ability to efficiently manage tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service & efficiently manage the day-to-day tasks of the store
• Provide a great training experience of onboarding team members
• Monitor stock levels and product wastage
• Managing deliveries
• Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld with the store

• Developing plans to drive sales and improve customer experience
