Responsibilities

• Recruit, induct and train employees per Subway brand requirements.
• Create and manage staff schedules and timetables.
• Check deliveries, match orders and handle daily banking.
• Prepare stock paperwork and timesheets.
• Manage cash balances and minimise wastage.
• Ensure 100% compliance with Subway and local guidelines.
• Perform inventory management and weekly stock takes.
• Analyse weekly sales and inventory to improve the business.
• Direct and undertake housekeeping to maintain cleanliness and presentation.
• Implement in-store marketing materials and POP per campaigns.
• Adhere to safety procedures to prevent injuries.
• Provide a safe work environment for staff and customers.
• Promote high levels of customer service and handle escalated complaints.
