Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and lead a store team.
• Determine product mix, stock levels and service standards for a high-traffic store.
• Formulate purchasing strategies and set pricing per franchise guidelines.
• Coordinate with area manager to run national promotions and campaigns.
• Maintain stock records, daily cash reconciliation and POS/back-office transactions.
• Lead budgeting, wage costs, shrinkage control and profit targets.
• Recruit, induct, roster and supervise staff and provide coaching.
• Ensure health and safety, HACCP and fuel-safety compliance.
