Charles Parsons & Co. is seeking a Retail Store Manager for our Revesby store in Sydney, NSW. You will lead a growing team, drive customer-first service, and partner with head office to execute growth strategies that benefit school communities.
You will manage store operations, rostering, stock control and ongoing training to ensure a seamless shopping experience for parents and students and contribute to overall store profitability and customer satisfaction.
Charles Parsons is a long-established, family-owned Australian business with over 100 years of experience in textiles and apparel.
Its schoolwear division, Ranier Schoolwear incorporating Claudines Schoolwear, partners with schools to deliver end-to-end uniform solutions—from design and manufacturing to in-store and online retail. Known for quality and reliability, Ranier supports school communities with a seamless and customer-focused experience.
We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Retail Store Manager to lead our growing Revesby store, supporting multiple school communities. You’ll guide and coach the team, keep the store running smoothly, and make every parent and student interaction feel easy, helpful, and welcoming.
If you thrive on creating standout customer experiences, taking ownership of results, and building a team that’s proud of what they deliver, this is a role where you can make real impact.
Create meaningful, lasting connections with customers, parents, and students, delivering an exceptional service experience at every interaction.
Partner with the National Retail Manager to bring growth strategies to life and strengthen the division’s success.
Take ownership of the store’s sales performance—meeting targets and actively driving future growth opportunities.
Execute sales activities with confidence and consistency, ensuring all policies and procedures support strong KPI outcomes.
Oversee inventory, maintain accuracy and uphold company standards for stock control and data integrity.
Lead the preparation and execution of annual stocktake.
Inspire and lead a high-performing team culture where people feel motivated, supported, and empowered to succeed.
Manage seasonal rostering effectively, balancing team needs with budget and demand.
Foster a collaborative, learning-focused environment that continually enhances the customer experience.
Recognise and develop team capability, building a strong foundation for ongoing success and customer satisfaction.
We’ll set you up to succeed from day one—with training, practical support, and a healthy work-life balance.
Complete training across our in-store systems (POS, webstore, stocktake, and Click & Collect).
Ongoing support from your Retail Cluster Manager, National Retail Manager, and Head Office team.
Strong administration support from Head Office—we handle ordering, buying, warehousing, and client management and communications.
A family-friendly roster: no nights, Sundays, or public holidays.
To be considered, you must have the legal right to work in Australia and either hold, or be willing to obtain, a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
We’re passionate about developing our people and offer genuine career progression opportunities. For the right individual, this role can grow into a Cluster Manager position, providing the chance to take on broader leadership responsibilities.
If your skills and experience align with what we’re looking for, our team will be in touch to discuss the role in more detail.
