Job summary

Beaumont Tiles in Sydney's Wetherill Park showroom is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to help customers select tiles, flooring and bathroomware and deliver outstanding service from concept to completion.

You will build relationships, assist with quotes and sales orders, and work with the team to achieve sales targets while maintaining showroom standards and up-to-date product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or other customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to build relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident working toward sales targets and achieving results.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in our showroom.
• Assist customers with tile, flooring, bathroomware, and renovation selections.
• Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare quotes and sales orders; guide customers through purchasing journey.
• Maintain product knowledge across our range and support showroom presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and business goals.
• Follow up customer enquiries and convert opportunities into sales.
