Beaumont Tiles is Australia’s leading tile, flooring and bathroomware retailer with 110+ stores nationwide. We seek a motivated Retail Trade Specialist for the Wetherill Park team to grow our trade business and deliver excellent customer experiences.

You will build relationships with local builders and trade customers, identify new opportunities, and quote projects while maintaining strong product knowledge across tiles, flooring and bathroomware.

Qualifications

• Experience in trade sales, retail sales, account management, customer service or business development.
• A passion for building customer relationships and growing business.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Confidence preparing quotes, following up opportunities and closing sales.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to identifying new opportunities.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Good computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
• A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with builders, tilers, renovators, developers and trade contractors.
• Identifying and converting new trade business opportunities.
• Managing and growing existing trade customer accounts.
• Preparing quotations, project pricing and competitive offers.
• Actively networking within the local building and construction community.
• Following up project opportunities and maintaining a sales pipeline.
• Providing expert advice across tiles, flooring, bathroomware and trade products.
• Collaborating with the showroom team to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
• Supporting trade customers from enquiry through to project completion.
• Maintaining strong product knowledge and keeping up to date with industry trends.

We're looking for a motivated and commercially minded Retail Trade Specialist to join our Wetherill Park team. This is a customer-focused sales role where you'll build strong relationships within the local trade community, identify new business opportunities, and help trade customers achieve successful project outcomes.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in growing Beaumont Tiles' trade business while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role

As the Retail Trade Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and managing relationships with trade customers, growing sales opportunities, and positioning Beaumont Tiles as the preferred supplier for trade products and services within your local market.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building strong relationships with builders, tilers, renovators, developers and trade contractors
• Identifying and converting new trade business opportunities
