Job summary

lululemon on the Gold Coast is hiring a Product Operations Lead to execute the store product strategy, manage inventory shifts and back-of-house operations. You will lead inventory accuracy, support floor and back-of-house stock, and influence hiring and team development while delivering a world-class guest experience.

You'll work with store leadership to translate product strategy into actions, supervise omnichannel programs, and coach Educators to provide technical product education.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in inventory management or retail operations.
• Experience in leading, mentoring or delegation.
• Strong communication and guest experience focus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement product strategy.
• Plan, manage and lead inventory processing with SOPs.
• Execute product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Support omnichannel programs (ship from store).
• Mentor and coach team members, offer feedback and recognition.
• Ensure world-class guest experience on the floor.
