Job summary

ALO in Sydney is seeking an Operations Lead to drive profitability and efficiency on the store floor and in back-of-house operations. You will lead inventory processes, ensure high visual standards, and partner with leaders to manage budgets, vendors, and talent development.

You will move across the sales floor and stockroom, coaching the team, and ensuring guest experiences meet brand standards. ALO values energetic, proactive leaders who thrive in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-centric, sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and work with GM to address gaps.
• Manage shipment, receiving, processing, transfers, floor replenishment, and stockroom standards.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Support safe work environment and efficient operation through stockroom processes.
• Partner with leadership to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control and vendor relationships.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs.
• Oversee Operations Associates and participate in talent recruitment and development.
