Job summary

ALO in Sydney is seeking an Operations Associate to drive profitability and efficiency within the store team. You will work with the Operations & Visual Management crew to execute tasks, improve stock control, and support day-to-day store operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client-centric sales and operations.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 10-15KG.
• Willing to work a rotating roster, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management with a focus on accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with the store manager.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor updates and supply management.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Leverage metrics to support business-driving strategies.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and guest service.
