Job summary

ALO Yoga in Sydney is seeking an In-Store Inventory Manager to lead operations and inventory control at Westfield Sydney. You will partner with the General Manager to optimize labor, scheduling, and stock accuracy while upholding ALO’s operational standards and brand values.

You will oversee inventory processes, contribute to budget and performance reviews, and coach the store team to ensure a customer-ready environment at all times.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail or related-industry leadership experience.
• Strong communication and collaborative leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic store environment.
• Comfort with data and business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational processes.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues; escalate gaps.
• Champion operational standards on the sales floor using performance data.
• Support sell-through management; ensure inventory counts and labor for deliveries.
• Promote a safe, efficient work environment.
• Represent the business in meetings with the General Manager; assist budgeting and reporting.
• Plan workflows to protect optimal performance; ensure leadership communicates brand mission.
• Lead and coach the Operations team; develop talent and improve communication.
• Establish internal/external pipelines through succession planning and recruitment.
• Create schedules aligned with business strategy in partnership with the GM.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support overall store goals.
