• Strong customer service, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail section (home décor, jewellery, giftware).
• Monitor stock levels; coordinate supplier orders and replenishment.
• Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising across the retail area.
• Roster, train and supervise staff involved in retail and customer service.
• Maintain accurate stock and sales records.
• Coordinate social media promotions, posters and other promotional activities.
• Provide customer advice on retail products and handle enquiries/complaints.
• Develop and maintain efficient operational procedures for the retail section.
• Assist in determining product range, stock requirements and pricing based on demand.
• Monitor operating costs and ensure WHS compliance in the retail area.
