• Minimum 1–2 years in retail management or operations.
• A qualification in Business, IT, Management or related discipline is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and direct day-to-day store operations to meet sales targets and service standards.
• Set product ranges, stock levels, and service standards per season and customer preferences.
• Oversee stock across floor and back storage with inventory controls to minimise shrinkage.
• Develop purchasing strategies with suppliers for availability and pricing.
• Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and promotions.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand and creates a welcoming store.
• Provide knowledgeable, personalised advice on home décor and styling.
• Monitor sales trends and stock performance, and report insights to management.
• Recruit, train, and motivate retail staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and safe work practices throughout the store.
