Douglas Chemists’ Bonnyrigg Priceline Pharmacy is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead a dynamic team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive sales, maintain retail standards, and embody our family of brands in the community.

Qualifications

As our Retail Manager, you will be the heart of our Bonnyrigg store, overseeing day-to-day operations, inspiring your team, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining retail excellence, and representing a trusted and loved brand in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Working with the Managing Partner you will:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Manage daily store operations, including compliance, inventory control, and stock availability.
• Execute promotional activities and maintain exceptional store presentation to enhance the customer experience.
• Train and support team members to build product knowledge, service excellence, and performance.
• Analyse sales results, identify growth opportunities, and resolve customer issues to drive business success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous management experience - ideally in a retail setting
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
