Job summary

National Pharmacies Salisbury is seeking a Service/Retail Manager to lead our pharmacy team and bring our Caring for People, Enabling Health and Inspiring Wellness purpose to life daily.

You will oversee the OTC consultants, manage rosters, support your team’s growth, and ensure the store is well-presented and well-stocked, so both staff and customers feel supported in a vibrant community pharmacy.

• Experience in face-to-face retail and people management.
• History of delivering outstanding customer service to a diverse range of customers.

The Details: This role is approximately 38 hours per week, primarily Monday to Friday, with some weekend work required from time to time.
