Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Brisbane is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Property Administrator to support our Property Management team.

In this hands-on role, you will manage retail lease administration, monitor critical dates, and ensure accurate lease records while contributing to tenant satisfaction. You will work autonomously, build strong relationships with tenants and contractors, and leverage MRI knowledge where possible.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail lease administration is ideal.
• Knowledge of lease terms, conditions, and critical dates.
• Experience with property management systems; MRI knowledge is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track critical lease dates with precision.
• Manage and maintain lease records, including terms, dates, rent reviews, and options.
• Abstract lease documents and enter data into property management systems.
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
• Assist with generation of letters to tenants.
• Maintain tenant records and files accurately and efficiently.
