Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a detail‑oriented Retail Property Administrator in Mount Gravatt, Brisbane. The role focuses on retail lease administration and precise tracking of lease dates, with data entry into our property management systems. A proactive, autonomous professional will support tenant relations within a collaborative team.

The position offers flexible working from home and office (3 days in the office), and exposure to a large portfolio in a dynamic property management environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Retail Lease Administration is ideal.
• Knowledge of lease terms, conditions, and critical dates.
• Experience with property management systems; MRI knowledge is a significant advantage.
• Autonomous, proactive and able to think critically.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, tenants and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Retail Lease Administration exposure and support.
• Monitor and track critical lease dates with precision.
• Maintain accurate lease records including terms, dates, rent reviews and options.
• Abstract lease documents and enter data into property management systems.
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders and other financial documents.
• Assist with generation of letters to tenants.
• Maintain tenant records and files accurately and efficiently.
