ALDI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Sydney to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and empower a high-performing team. You’ll support the Store Manager across rostering, reporting, and service delivery, enabling exceptionally efficient customer experiences.

You’ll train and develop leaders, maintain safety and cleanliness, and manage stock while upholding ALDI’s high standards. A flexible roster and strong progression opportunities come with a market-leading remuneration.

Responsabilités

• Develop the next generation of leaders in our stores by training and coaching team members.
• Keep the store top-notch, upholding safety and cleanliness standards.
• Manage stock, inventory, and minimise losses.
• Work on registers, fill shelves and merchandise special buys with the team.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement good ideas.
• Ensure stores run smoothly and keep customers satisfied.
• Step up and run the store during the Store Manager's absence.
