ALDI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Sydney to lead daily store operations, drive sales and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service.

You will support the Store Manager, roster and report on performance, mentor staff and uphold ALDI's safety and cleanliness standards. The role offers substantial hands-on leadership, attractive remuneration, and opportunities for career progression within our growing network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication to inspire teammates and delight customers.
• Proven ability to train, motivate and coach others.
• Able to support the Store Manager to achieve store results.
• Independent worker who can implement ALDI policies.

Responsabilités

• Develop next generation of leaders through training and coaching.
• Maintain store standards for safety and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory and minimise losses.
• Operate registers, restock shelves and merchandise specials.
• Identify improvement opportunities to drive store performance.
• Run store in the Store Manager's absence.
