ALDI Stores in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and inspire the team to excel. You will support the Store Manager across rostering, reporting, stock control and customer service, with opportunities to step up when the manager is away.

Formación

• Experience leading teams in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication to inspire teammates and delight customers.
• Ability to support the Store Manager and execute ALDI policies.

Responsabilidades

• Train and coach team members to develop future leaders.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and store presentation.
• Manage stock levels and minimise losses.
• Assist on registers, stock shelves, and merchandising.
• Identify opportunities for improvements and implement ideas.
• Step up to run the store in the Store Manager's absence.
