Responsibilities

• Help develop the next generation of leaders through training and coaching.
• Maintain high safety and cleanliness standards in-store.
• Manage stock and inventory, minimise losses.
• Work with the team on registers, shelf filling and merchandising.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive ideas.
• Run the store when the Store Manager is on leave.
