Job summary

ALDI Stores in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales and inspire the team to achieve excellence. You’ll support the Store Manager across rostering, reporting and delivering superior customer service in a multi-million-dollar store.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members to develop future leaders.
• Keep the store clean, safe and in top condition.
• Manage stock, monitor inventory and minimise losses.
• Work with the team on registers, shelf filling and merchandising.
• Identify opportunities for improvements and implement ideas.
• Ensure smooth store operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Step up to run the store when the Store Manager is on leave.
