Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager in Australia to lead a 20+ strong team, drive service levels and stock control, and partner with store leaders on safety and operations. You will train and develop staff, ensure best experience for customers, and manage rosters and performance to meet aggressive service and sales goals.

• Experience leading teams in retail or high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store across weekdays and weekends as duty manager.
• Rostering and planning to deliver on service promises.
• Drive department sales through merchandising and metrics.
• Act on customer feedback to improve end-to-end experience.
• Maintain stock accuracy and loss prevention processes.
