While pharmacy experience is welcome, it isn't essential. We're looking for someone with strong leadership capability, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to bring out the best in others. We can teach pharmacy products and processes. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm
As Retail Coordinator, you'll work closely with the Pharmacy Manager to lead the day-to-day retail operations of the store. You'll support, coach and develop team members, ensure high standards of customer service, coordinate rosters and workflows, and help drive the overall success of the pharmacy.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend time on the floor supporting your team, solving problems, managing priorities, and ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience every time they visit.
