Job summary

UFS Healthcare in Ballarat is seeking qualified Dispensary Technicians to join our growing pharmacy teams across the region. You'll support pharmacists, help ensure accurate dispensing, and deliver exceptional patient service.

This role offers a collaborative, patient‑focused environment with ongoing learning, flexible arrangements where possible, and opportunities to advance within western Victoria's leading healthcare network.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Dispensary Skillset Certificate and/or Certificate IV in Community Pharmacy (Dispensary)
• Experience in a dispensary environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stay organised and manage competing tasks

About the Role

As a Dispensary Technician, you'll play an important role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring our dispensaries operate efficiently, safely and accurately.

You will:

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a Pharmacy Dispensary Skillset Certificate and/or Certificate IV in Community Pharmacy (Dispensary)
• Has experience working in a dispensary environment

• Is organised, adaptable and able to prioritise competing tasks
