UFS Healthcare is seeking a Retail Coordinator to lead the busy Sturt Street Pharmacy in Ballarat. You’ll coach and develop a high-performing team, drive exceptional service, and manage rosters, stock, and workflows to support daily operations.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6pm
As Retail Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Pharmacy Manager to lead the day-to-day retail operations of the store. You’ll support, coach and develop team members, ensure high standards of customer service, coordinate rosters and workflows, and help drive the overall success of the pharmacy.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll spend time on the floor supporting your team, solving problems, managing priorities, and ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience every time they visit.
