UFS Healthcare’s Ballan Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacy Assistant to join a values-driven, community-focused team. This part-time role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, processing transactions, restocking inventory, and supporting dispensary operations.

About the Role:

As a Pharmacy Assistant at UFS Healthcare, you will:

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing general inquiries
• Process transactions and sales efficiently
• Monitor and restock inventory to ensure shelves are well-maintained
• Maintain a clean and organised store environment
• Support dispensary operations by receiving prescriptions

This role is a part-time role based at our Ballan Pharmacy.

Hours available are:

Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm

What You’ll Need:

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Known for your excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customer and patients.
• Able to prioritise tasks and manage your own workload effectively.
• A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.

• Previous pharmacy experience and completion of the S2S3 Certification is a strong advantage.
