Job summary

Prime Pharmacy Group is seeking a Pharmacy Retail Supervisor for Chemist Discount Centre Parkhill (Berwick) to lead a dedicated retail team and drive an outstanding in-store experience. Hours are 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a focus on coaching, customer service, stock presentation and smooth daily operations.

You’ll mentor staff, ensure promotions are executed to a high standard and foster a positive, high-performing culture across the team.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience, ideally within pharmacy, health, or a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience in a supervisor, team leader or senior retail role.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• A passion for developing and supporting others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• A positive, solutions-focused attitude.
• A willingness to learn, grow and contribute to team success.
• Pharmacy experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.

About the Role

As our Pharmacy Retail Supervisor, you'll support the Retail Manager in the daily operation of the store while helping to lead and inspire the retail team.

Hours 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
