UFS Healthcare in Ballarat invites a seasoned Pharmacist leader to manage a high-performing pharmacy team and advance community healthcare across western Victoria. You’ll oversee clinical services, business outcomes and patient care with a focus on service growth and quality.

We seek an experienced pharmacist with a Bachelor of Pharmacy, 3+ years in Australia, proven leadership, and strong communication skills.

About You

You're an experienced pharmacist who combines strong commercial acumen with genuine care for people.

You enjoy leading teams, mentoring others, and creating environments where both customers and employees feel valued.

You'll bring:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy qualification
• At least 3 years' pharmacy experience in Australia
• Proven leadership and people management experience
• Strong business and financial management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Highly regarded:

• QCPP experience
• Additional clinical or professional service qualifications
