Job summary

Forum Recruitment is partnering with a prominent shopping centre owner in the heart of Adelaide's premier retail precinct, seeking a Facilities Manager to join the centre management team. The role reports to the Centre Manager and focuses on operational performance, presentation, compliance and project delivery during a period of evolution.

You will lead hard and soft services, manage tenancy delivery, coordinate capital works and oversee the operational budget while ensuring WHS and risk

Qualifications

• Facilities management experience in shopping centres or retail environments.
• Exposure to development, refurbishment or tenancy delivery projects.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets and P&L experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead hard and soft services across the centre, including cleaning, security and essential services contractors.
• Oversee tenancy delivery, retailer fit-outs and operational readiness for new retailers.
• Coordinate project and capital works on site with minimal disruption.
• Manage the centre's operational budget including forecasting, variance reporting and cost control.
• Maintain compliance, WHS and risk management across the centre.
• Build strong relationships with retailers, contractors and stakeholders to keep presentation and customer experience high.
