Job summary

Iconic Recruit is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational performance of an established retail property in Adelaide. You will manage facilities operations across the property, including building services, contractors, compliance, maintenance, budgets and capital works.

This hands-on role requires taking ownership of daily operations while building strong relationships with tenants, contractors and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management within retail or commercial property.
• Strong knowledge of building services, maintenance and compliance.
• Experience coordinating contractors, projects and capital works.
• Comfortable managing budgets and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-building.

About the Opportunity

Iconic Recruit is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational performance of an established retail property in Adelaide.

Working closely with the broader management team, you will manage facilities operations across the property, including building services, contractors, compliance, maintenance, budgets and capital works.

This is a varied, hands‑on position suited to someone with strong facilities experience who enjoys taking ownership of the day-to-day operations while building strong relationships with tenants, contractors and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day facilities and operations of the property
• Oversee contractors, maintenance and building services
• Manage compliance, WHS and essential services requirements
