Redpath Partners is seeking a Facilities Manager based in Adelaide to oversee day-to-day operations at a client shopping centre. You will report to the centre manager and drive asset performance and project delivery across the site.

The role requires on-site presence five days a week, strong contractor and tenant relationship skills, and a deep understanding of technical and compliance requirements, including WHS and fire safety statements.

• Experienced facilities manager, ideally with retail experience.
• On-site 5 days per week requirement.
• Strong contractor and tenant relationship skills.
• Strong technical and compliance knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Manage hard and soft services of the centre.
• Manage subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections.
• Manage tenant relationships by promoting strong customer service skills.
• Provide technical guidance across the centre.
• Manage all BM responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance and WHS legislation.
• Responsible for all annual fire safety statements.
• Own end-to-end tenancy coordination for the asset.
• Lead planning and delivery of capital projects across the asset.
