Job summary

Iconic Recruit is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational performance of an established retail property in Adelaide. You will manage facilities operations across the property, including building services, contractors, compliance, maintenance, budgets and capital works.

This hands-on role requires taking ownership of daily operations while building strong relationships with tenants, contractors and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management within retail or commercial property.
• Strong knowledge of building services, maintenance and compliance.
• Experience coordinating contractors, projects and capital works.
• Comfortable managing budgets and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day facilities and operations of the property.
• Oversee contractors, maintenance and building services.
• Ensure compliance, WHS and essential services requirements.
• Monitor budgets, expenditure and operational reporting.
• Coordinate capital works and tenant fit-outs.
• Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors and stakeholders.
