Qualifications

• Extensive experience in retail store management.
• Proven ability to manage inventory and optimize stock levels.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of hardware/timber products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store performance and meet goals set with Senior Management.
• Control expenses through roster and inventory management.
• Lead all store team members and drive productivity.
• Maintain high customer service standards in line with company policies.
• Monitor sales and Sympac metrics to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Ensure safe, organized, and compliant store operations.
