Cowan Restoration Group in Welland, SA, is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Coordinator / Scheduler to join our SA team. Based at our Welland office, you will coordinate daily operations and scheduling to ensure restoration jobs progress efficiently from allocation through to completion.

You will liaise with customers, insurance companies and internal teams, manage calendars, track tasks and deadlines, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or operations coordination.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage daily schedules for restoration technicians and subcontractors.
• Allocate jobs, arrange appointments and coordinate site attendances and follow-up works.
• Monitor job progress, deadlines and tasks to meet service delivery KPIs.
• Liaise with customers, insurance companies, assessors and internal teams for updates.
• Maintain accurate job records and scheduling information in management systems.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and resolve operational issues.
• Support daily operational administration and reporting for the State Manager.
• Escalate matters requiring management attention when needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling processes.
