Steamatic Newcastle is seeking an organised Operations Coordinator to join our team. You’ll plan and manage daily schedules for technicians and subcontractors, acting as the communication hub between customers, crews, insurers, and internal teams.

In this fast-paced role you’ll deliver exceptional service, support after-hours emergencies, and help maintain high standards of quality and timeliness across projects. A proactive, team-focused attitude is essential.

Competenze

• Previous experience in administration and/or customer service.
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication via phone, email, and in-person.
• High attention to detail and accuracy; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and schedule technicians and subcontractors
• Liaise with customers, insurers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure jobs are progressing within required timeframes
• Maintain and update scheduling systems
• Assist with quality control processes and customer follow-ups
• Support technicians with enquiries and on-site requirements
• Be available for after-hours emergency response when required
