Qualifications

• AQF Cert IV or above is required.
• 12 months of relevant employment experience required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service across shifts.
• Supervise, train and coach front-of-house staff including induction and ongoing coaching.
• Monitor rosters, timesheets and address performance issues professionally.
• Coordinate daily activities and resolve operational issues to minimise service disruption.
• Liaise with Restaurant Manager, kitchen and event coordinators for clear communication and standards.
• Manage reservations, guest welcome, service standards and customer complaints.
