Precruitment in Cairns, QLD is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for a full-time role. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead front-of-house staff, and coordinate service for busy shifts, tours and events.

The ideal candidate will hold an AQF Cert IV or higher and have at least 12 months of hospitality experience, with a focus on guest experience, safety and efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• AQF Cert IV or higher is required.
• Minimum 12 months of relevant hospitality experience.
• Australian work rights preferred (if applicable).

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations across all shifts.
• Supervise and train front-of-house staff and conduct inductions.
• Coordinate reservations, groups, tours and events.
• Manage rosters, timesheets and staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with OH&S and food safety standards.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and handle complaints.
• Coordinate with restaurant manager, kitchen and event staff.
• Monitor cash handling and complete end-of-day reporting.
