Job summary

Roo's Bistro in Cairns is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead front of house staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage reservations, handle inquiries, and maintain service flow while addressing feedback promptly. This role requires nights, weekends, and public holidays availability, with a focus on health and safety and continuous improvement of service efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years' experience in a supervisory or senior hospitality role.
• AQF Certificate IV in Hospitality or similar qualification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Reliable, organised, and committed to high standards.

Responsibilities
