Job summary

Liverpool Catholic Club in New South Wales is launching an exciting new Asian fusion dining destination and seeks an enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team from day one.

You will oversee daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensure safety and hygiene standards, and contribute to training and development while shaping the culture of a brand-new venue. Evening and weekend availability required; RSA card is essential.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Restaurant Supervisor or similar leadership role
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods
  • Professional presentation and high personal standards
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Current RSA competency card
  • Experience within an Asian cuisine or Asian fusion restaurant is highly regarded but not essential

Liverpool Catholic Club is preparing to launch an exciting new Asian fusion dining destination, bringing together vibrant flavours, exceptional service, and a contemporary dining experience. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team and play a key role in creating a venue that guests will love and return to time and time again.

This is a unique opportunity to join a brand-new restaurant at launch, shape the guest experience, and help establish a positive team culture from the very beginning.

About the Role

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will support Catering Management in the daily operation of the venue while leading and motivating the front-of-house team. You'll ensure service runs smoothly, guests receive exceptional experiences, and the venue consistently delivers high standards.

To be successful, you will have:
