Job summary

Liverpool Catholic Club is launching a new Asian fusion dining destination and seeks a Restaurant Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team from day one. You’ll supervise operations, coach staff, ensure exceptional service, and uphold safety and quality standards in a lively club environment.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant supervisory experience, strong customer service, and teamwork. Availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays is required. RSA card is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Restaurant Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Outstanding customer service and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Lead, coach and support front-of-house team members.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and memorable dining experiences.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and WH&S standards.
• Ensure presentation, service and quality standards are met.
• Assist with staff training and development.
• Build strong relationships with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Contribute ideas for specials, promotions and seasonal menu offerings.
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional venue environment.
