Lucky Neighbour is a new 200-seat Cantonese restaurant located at Norwest Quarter. We are looking for a hands‑on Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our front‑of‑house team and help deliver a consistently high standard of service.

This opportunity is open to an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager/Supervisor who is ready to take the next step in their career.

The role

• Lead by example and take an active role on the restaurant floor
• Recruit, train and develop the front‑of‑house team
• Manage daily operations and ensure every service runs smoothly
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation and guest experience
• Manage staff performance and create a positive team culture
• Work closely with the kitchen and senior management team
• Handle customer feedback and resolve problems professionally

About you

• Restaurant management experience, strong Assistant Restaurant Manager, or Supervisor experience
• Punctual, reliable and well organised
• Confident managing and developing your own team
• Hands‑on and comfortable working in a busy, high‑volume restaurant
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Basic wine and beverage knowledge
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent service
