Lucky You Darling in Darlinghurst is seeking a hands-on Supervisor, Bartender or Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and help deliver a consistently high standard of service.

Lucky You Darling is a new Chinese-inspired wine bar located in Darlinghurst. We are looking for a hands-on Supervisor, Bartender or Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and help deliver a consistently high standard of service.

The role

About you

Restaurant management experience, strong Assistant Restaurant Manager, or Supervisor experience

Punctual, reliable and well organised

Confident managing and developing your own team

Hands-on and comfortable working in a busy, high-volume restaurant

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Basic wine and beverage knowledge

Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent service
