Job summary

Liverpool Catholic Club is opening an exciting new Asian fusion dining venue in Western Sydney and is seeking passionate Mixologists to join the team. Roles available in part-time and casual capacities, with focus on crafting cocktails and delivering memorable guest experiences.

As a Mixologist, you will create vibrant beverages, follow recipes, maintain bar cleanliness, and collaborate with front and back-of-house teams to ensure exceptional service for every guest.

Qualifications

• RSA certification is required to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, spirits and other beverages to a high standard.
• Deliver friendly, professional and engaging customer service.
• Follow recipes and maintain consistent presentation and quality.
• Recommend drinks and provide knowledgeable menu suggestions.
• Assist with cocktail preparation, bar setup and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, organized and well-presented bar area.
• Work closely with FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service.
• Assist opening and closing procedures.
• Uphold responsible service practices and workplace standards.

Liverpool Catholic Club is preparing to launch an exciting new Asian fusion restaurant, and we're looking for passionate Mixologists to join our team in part-time and casual positions.

About the Role

As a Mixologist, you'll play a key role in creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere while delivering high-quality beverages and exceptional service to our guests.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and other beverages to a high standard

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about cocktails, mixology, and hospitality
• Experienced in cocktail preparation and bar service
• Confident engaging with guests and creating memorable experiences
• Calm, efficient, and reliable in a fast-paced environment
• Well-presented with excellent communication skills
• A positive team player who enjoys working collaboratively
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

RSA certification is essential. Previous cocktail or bartending experience is highly regarded.
